Green Mountain's Holiday K-Cup Coffees
Green Mountain has three, new Holiday K-Cup Coffees out for the season. All three are Fair Trade coffees which makes them even more special for the season of giving.

Keurig K-Cup Brewer: My B50 is Still Unbreakable - Two Year Anniversary!
Although I have heard different stories about people having trouble with their Keurig brewers, I applaud Keurig (clap, clap, clap) my Keurig B-50 (which is no longer available) has just reached its TWO year anniversary!

Buying Keurig Coffee in Bulk - Best Deal
I has thrilled to find my favorite K-Cup seller AlpineValleyCoffee.com came out with a new deal. It states for a limited time but doesn't;t say exactly how long. Nevertheless I bought some the other day.

The Keurig B-40 K-Cup Brewer: A Perfect Gift!
Christmas is past and we have surged into the New Year yet I continue to get calls from my Father raving about his new Keurig B-40 my family gave him for Christmas! My father has been a passionate coffee drinker for the past 42 years as I suspect many business people are either to wake-up, to stay awake, to keep going or just to have a hot drink. Starting off with instant coffee, percolators and enduring office coffee for so man years I thought that it was time to introduce Dad to a great cup of coffee.

K-Cup Coffee Review: Green Mountain's Heifer Hope Blend
Green Mountain's Heifer Hope Blend is not my personal "perfect" cup of coffee although it may be for you. Heifer Hope Blend K-Cup Coffee is a light roast which is why a particularly don't enjoy it (I tend to naturally favor darker coffees.) The blend consists of a "vibrant blend of spicy Guatemalan, full-bodied Sumatran and spirited Mexican coffees."

K-Cup Coffee Review: Green Mountain's Double Black Diamond
If you drink...no if you thrive on a cup of freshly brewed espresso then Green Mountain has a K-Cup finally for you! Green Mountain's New Double Black Diamond K-Cup Coffee is smoky, seriously dark and tremendously bold. I enjoy French Press coffee and Green Mountain's Double Black Diamond comes close to delivering a similar taste profile. You know - the feeling of the finely grounded beans still vaguely present, the sense that by drinking a full cup all of the moisture in your mouth is being drained - yet no bitterness.

K-Cup Coffee Review: Emeril Lagasse Big Easy Bold
If you are familiar with Emeril's personality on TV then you have good idea what to expect from his new K-Cup Coffee called, "Emeril's Big Easy Bold." This K-Cup is slightly rich, smokey-dry and a bit tingling to the tongue. I have read it described as "a Parisian roast flavor" and "cigarette ash flavor" (which I assume is like my smokey-dry reference since I don't smoke.) The coffee fits what I would expect from a New Orleans style coffee.

K-Cup Coffee Review: Green Mountain's PBS Blend
Green Mountain's PBS Blend is a medium roast with a rich finish and a bit of bitterness. It has a smooth flavor. The coffee originates from Mexico. According to Green Mountain, its PBS Blend is "sweetly balanced and smooth, with full flavor and a rich finish." The "sweetly" aspect is where I noticed some bitterness even with some milk as a base the bitter ness still emerged slightly.

Gloria Jean's K-Cup Review: Winter Wonderland
Why Gloria Jean's didn't call its seasonal Winter Wonderland K-Cup Coffee, "Decadent Dessert Wonderland" is beyond me.

Keurig K-cup Coffee Review - Timothy's Kona Blend
Aloha. Timothy's Kona Blend is an exceptional k-cup coffee. Timothy's describes the coffee as, "a mouth-enlivening brew that will transport you to the Hawaiian Islands where you will enjoy the taste sensation of tropical fruits and hints of chocolate."

K-cup Roaster SpotLight - Coffee People
Coffee People is simply cool. I say this because they have a great brand - very whimsical and they originated in an awesome place, Portland, Oregon! According to The Coffee People Story...

K-Cup Roaster SpotLight - Caribou Coffee
Caribou Coffee came on the K-Cup coffee scene fairly recently although they have been an outstanding coffee roaster for quite some time. Second behind only Starbucks, Caribou Coffee has a unique brand image and excellent coffee varieties.

Coffee People Launch New Flavored Coffees
Wow - did Coffee People launch some fabulously delicious sounding coffees or what? If you haven't seen yet, here they are:

Coffee Characteristics by Region
I am always eager to learn more about things I am passionate for - in this case - K-Cup coffee. Over the years of drinking coffee, I have certainly discovered different types of coffee grown from specific regions that I favor more than others. For example, I favor Pacific Rim coffees like Sumatra over vibrant, floral and citrusy coffees grown in Central America. Blends make it difficult though to draw clear lines between regions.

Demystifiing "Extra Bold" Coffee
If you are not a coffee aficionado you may not comprehend the difference between a "dark roast" and an extra bold coffee. It's possible to misconstrue the term "bold" to mean a darker roasted coffee. However, in the range of roasts, a dark roast is the top of the line.

Keurig B-70 Brewer - The Sophisticated Workhorse
I am a huge fan of the Keurig B-70 brewer because of its slick, contemporary design, blue backlighting and outstanding functionality. The B-70 sports many features that both the B-50 and B-60 were missing including:

Keurig K-cup Coffee Review - Timothy's Italian Blend
I drink a great deal of coffee. I love it and probably a bit addicted too:) But you know, you get use to the warmth, the great taste, the moment of relaxation - I assume the same type of feeling people get who smoke. There is just something about drinking a hot cup of your favorite coffee after dinner. It must activate some endorphins in the brain or generate some other hormone that helps with digestion.

Green Mountain Roasters - Stock Rising
For those who are not aware that Green Mountain owns Keurig - this post is for you. Over a year ago, Green Mountain (a publicly traded company) bought Keurig. New earning reports were out and investors had great things to say about Green Mountain's growth potential.

K-Cup Coffee Review: Green Mountain's Dark Magic Extra Bold
Green Mountain's Dark Magic Extra Bold K-Cups are extraordinarily BOLD! In my opinion, Dark Magic K-Cups taste as bold as Green Mountain's Double Black Diamond K-Cups and comparable to Coffee People's Jet Fuel. But based on the roast profile comparison shown - the Double Black Diamond is a darker roast although the taste profile of the two is almost identical. Check out my review of Green Mountain's Double Black Diamond K-Cups.

K-Cup Coffee Review: Timothy's Hazelnut Coffee
There are certain Timothy Coffees that I totally enjoy - but Timothy's Hazelnut (a long ago favorite) has been replaced by Green Mountain's Hazelnut Dark coffee K-Cups. But for those who prefer a lighter hazelnut K-Cup coffee, Timothy's Hazelnut will fulfil the need.

Paolo Benigno "Bam" Aquino, a television host and a noted personality, tells the tale of coffee as he knows it.
